St Elmo is south Austin's quietest design corridor — galleries, ceramicists, a handful of food spots, and very little foot traffic. The flagship sits at the edge of it, behind a soft cream facade with a single brass door.
Inside: three private contrast suites on a heated concrete floor, each holding a Finnish dry sauna at 180°F and a cold plunge tuned to 4°C. Suites accommodate solo sessions or small groups up to six.
The front of the building is shared with H'N'C Coffee and IRL@ATX — the gallery wing that programs in rotation. Walk in for an espresso, browse the show, or book a suite. The three are designed to overlap.
Booking is private and timed. We'll send the door code an hour before your slot.
