Three private contrast suites on a heated floor, each holding a bespoke Finnish dry sauna at 180°F and a cold plunge tuned to 4°C. Play a match, then move straight into the ritual — heat, cold, and the calm that follows.
Suites work for solo sessions or small groups up to four. No shared schedule, no waiting — your slot is yours.
Booking is private and timed. We'll send the door code an hour before your session.
