H'N'C Coffee is our in-house bar in Austin, Texas — single-origin organic beans, brewed slowly, served in ceramic. Built to be the bookend of a session, not the reason for the visit.
We work directly with roasters who prioritize traceable, certified-organic supply chains. Light to medium roasts, rotated seasonally. Espresso, pour over, drip, and a short list of milks.
Order on the way in for after your final plunge, or settle in at the bar between rounds. Either way, the goal is the same — a few quiet minutes to let the protocol land before you head back out.
