01 / The guest experience

Step inside.
Take a moment for yourself.

Relax, unwind and emerge relaxed and restored.

01 · Hot

A luxury Finnish sauna.

The dry sauna is at the heart of the experience. An ADA compliant unit with a percussive humidity system, clad in premium thermally modified, sustainable timber.

2 × 15 minSauna rounds in the proposed session
  • 47% lower hypertension risk with frequent sauna use.
  • 7 mmHg blood-pressure drop immediately after sauna.
  • 12% less arterial stiffness immediately after sauna.

02 · Cold

A moment to reset.

Variable temperatures allow each guest to choose how far to push themselves. A short immersion after the heat helps restore balance.

3 plungesSet to different temperatures
  • 127–144% higher noradrenaline after a 5-minute plunge.
  • 250% higher blood dopamine after a 60-minute immersion.
  • Reduced stress at 12 hours after cold immersion.

03 · Pause

Shower, change
and return to the day.

Utility showers and private changing rooms close the ritual, so guests leave refreshed and ready for the rest of their day.

50 minFull session, start to finish
  • Return to your day relaxed and restored.
  • Ease post-workout soreness.
  • Improve strength recovery.

Questions

What venue owners ask first.

Who runs it day to day?

Your existing team. The space is automated and works as an extension of what your staff already do, so it does not need continuous attention. We train them and provide manuals. Software, spare parts and renewals are billed separately.

Does the space already exist?

You can experience contrast therapy today in our demo unit in Austin. Your proposal confirms scope and timing.

What does my site need?

A prepared pad of 450 sq ft once the space is expanded, plus exterior areas, with power and water connections and the permits for your location. We review all of it together early, and typical site work starts around $18,000, however much depends on your site location.

How much can I earn?

It depends on your traffic, pricing and membership mix, and some venues will use the space as a guest amenity rather than a paid service. The estimator shows an illustration based on our financial model and design targets, not measured results.

Is the $249,000 price final?

It is our list price for the Wellness Space, delivered and installed. Site preparation, permits and local taxes are separate, and software, spare parts and renewals are billed separately. Your proposal confirms everything in writing.

What does financing look like?

Financing is arranged through a partner and subject to credit approval. The rate and term on this page are estimates until your proposal.

Can we host a space instead of buying?

For some venues, yes. Partnerships are custom agreements with commitments on both sides, so we work through them in a conversation.
